Rules Governing Platform Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the 222bde online gaming platform, including all services, features, content, and functionality available via 222bde ("the Platform", "the Service"). Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by the 222bde finance team during business hours (9 AM – 11 PM BST, 7 days a week). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Bonus Funds and Withdrawals: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. All betting and gaming activity on the 222bde Platform is subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific, game-specific, or event-specific rules communicated within the relevant section of the Platform.

Bet Acceptance: A bet or wager is only considered accepted and valid once it has been confirmed by the 222bde system and a unique bet reference has been generated. Bets that are not confirmed by the system — whether due to technical issues, connectivity problems, or insufficient account balance — are not valid and will not be settled. 222bde is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to factors outside our control, including network interruptions on the player's end.

• Match betting markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or declared a no-result, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules displayed on the Platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted in real time; once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player.
• Ante-post bets (pre-tournament futures markets) are settled on the official declared winner of the relevant tournament or competition.

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the 222bde Platform — including but not limited to the 222bde brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, user interface layouts, graphics, text, images, video content, software, source code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other elements of the Platform — are the exclusive property of 222bde or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 222bde Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Distribute, publish, transmit, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code forming part of the Platform;
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools;
• Use the 222bde name, logo, or brand assets in any marketing, promotional, or commercial context without prior written consent from 222bde.

Game titles, graphics, and content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remain the intellectual property of those respective studios and are subject to their own licensing terms.

Any unauthorised use of 222bde intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action for infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 222bde, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, account information, or game history;
• Technical malfunctions, system outages, or interruptions to Platform availability;

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
